The OWH recently ran an editorial basically in defense of the Supreme Court. They analized the "data" to show that the Court was not really so divided 5-4 on most all issues. Indeed they pointed out that many decisions were unanimous or nearly so.
Thus, outrageous decisions that severely curtail individual rights, social programs and promote the further selling of the democracy in the USA are framed as acceptable. You would think the OWH's editorial page would be appalled at the idea that corporations are persons and are somehow protected by free speech rights including the "right" to essentially buy elections along with judges, Congress, and the presidency.
